摘要 某机组前墙大风箱集中布置燃烧器的锅炉低负荷运行时灰渣可燃物含量高,并偶发烟道堆渣问题。通过对燃烧器布置方式、结构特点及各项试验结果的分析,指出灰渣可燃物含量高和烟道堆渣的原因是煤粉燃烧区域局部缺氧。单独调整各小风箱的二次风量,降低停运燃烧器漏风和OFA漏风,改善炉膛氧量分布的均匀性可以使运行工况得到一定的改善。 During low load operation of a certain power boiler, whose burners were collectively arranged in the large wind box on the front wall, following problems occurred, such as high combustible content in boiler ash/slag and occasional slagging in the flue duct. By analyzing the arrangement and structural features of burners, and the measurement results of various tests, above problems were found to be caused by local deficiency of oxygen, which can be solved by separately adjusting secondary air volume of single small wind box, reducing air leakage of outage burners and evening oxygen distribution in the furnace for burnout purpose.
