摘要
通过低氮燃烧技术在国产420 t/h燃煤锅炉上的实际应用实例,对NOx产生机理、低氮燃烧改造方案、改造后的效果分析、运行调节注意事项、改造后出现的问题及今后的完善措施进行了阐述。
A novel low nitrogen combustion technology was applied to a domestic 420t/h coal fuel boiler, The mechanism of NOx production was analyzed before the corresponding method to reduce the flue gas emission was conducted. The effect of the new NO control technology and combustion measure was testified by the operation data. Some notices for boiler running were provided as routine reference. And other improvement of this new method to control flue gas emission in application was also discussed. At last, the improvement of the new technology was presented for future prospective utilization.
