410t/h煤粉锅炉燃烧优化调整与分析

摘要 针对齐鲁石化热电厂#4炉燃烧状况不佳,灰渣可燃物含量偏高等问题,进行了燃烧优化调整试验。并对试验结果进行了分析,提出了煤粉细度和风量等参数的优化控制值。经过燃烧调整,灰渣可燃物含量有了较大幅度降低。 The combustion status was not so fine and combustible matter content in the ash and bottom ash was higher than normal level,these questions mentioned hereinbefore existed in the Qi Lu Shi Hua power plant unit 4 boiler.Combustion optimization tests were done and the test result was analyzed, then the main manipulative parameters, such as fineness of pulverized coal and air flow,was determined.After combustion optimization tests,the combustible matter content was reduced visibly.
