摘要
用Ｂｅｃｋｍａｎ６３００氨基酸分析仪对多胺的分析测试方法进行了研究，在建立了适合于腐胺（ｐｕｒ）、精脒（ｓｐｄ）和精胺（ｓｐｍ）分析的Ｅ、Ｆ、Ｇ三种缓冲液洗脱程序以后，获得了分离良好的图谱，同时进行了精密度、准确度与线性关系的分析，从而证明了可以用Ｂｅｃｋｍａｎ６３００氨基酸分析仪对多胺进行快捷、简便的分析．
tudies were made on the methods of polyamine measurement by means of Beckman 6300 Amino Acid Analyzer. After establishing three buffers,E,G,F,of elution procedure which were fit for the measurement of putrescine,spermidine,and spermine,satis factory separating elution patterns were obtained. Analysis was made on the relationship among precision,accuracy and linear range,which showed that the Beckman 6300 Amino Acid Analyzer could be used to measure polyamine quickly and simply.
