摘要
提出自配氨基酸分析中所需的缓冲液、显色液、再生液、标准溶液等替代进口试剂 ,不仅省时、省力 ,而且大大降低了氨基酸分析的成本。多年来的试验表明此法是可行的。
This paper presents self_prepared buffers,indicator,standard solutions etc.to replace those imported,which is time and energy saving and it decreases the cost a great deal for amino acid analysing. This presentation is supported by years of related tests.
