摘要
本文利用Na+、K+、Ca2+、Ach、NE等作用于离体蟾蜍心脏形成实验性心肌失常,观察在此情况下银杏叶提取物对心肌收缩的影响。结果发现银杏叶提取物通过影响Na+、Ca2+来实现对蟾蜍离体心肌的影响。
By using Na+,K+Ca2+,Ach,NE to act on the heart of toad to form experamental odd, the effect of Ginkgo bilohal extract to the conduct of cardiac muscle is observed under this condition. The results state clearly that Ginkgo bilobal affect cardiac muscle of toad by acting on Na+. Ca2+.
