摘要
我们检测了60例颈椎病、腰椎间盘突出症患者在推拿治疗前后红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性变化,结果发现:推拿治疗前酶活性为35.2±16.3u,显著性高于正常(27.3±12.1u)(P<0.01),经一次推拿治疗后,酶活性降为32.8±16.9u,差异有显著性(P<0.05);表明:推拿治疗可以影响红细胞膜Na+、K+-ATP酶活性,调节机体能量代谢。这可能是推拿疗法作用机制的一个方面。
The Na+K+-ATP ase activity in erythrocyte membrane of 60 patients with cervical spondylosis (CS) or prolapsed lumbar intervertebral disc(PID)was measured before and after massage treatment. We found out that the activity was 35.2±16.3u(X± SD)before massage treatment which was statistically significantly higher than norma1 (27.3±12. lu) (p<0.01). The activity,however, was 32.8± 16.9u)after massage treatment which was statistically significantly lower than it was before the treatment (p<0.05). The findings showed that massage therapy can influence the Na+K+ ATP ase activity in erythrocyte membrane and regulate energy metabolism. We think it may be one of the functions of the mechanism of massage therapy.
