摘要
为研究沙棘果渣提取物作为饲料添加剂对生长育肥猪的增重效果及使用方法,选择体重在30 kg的三元杂交猪40头,分成4组,其中试验组分Ⅰ、Ⅱ、Ⅲ组,分别添加0.5%、1%、2%的沙棘果渣提取物,IV为对照组,每组10头,饲养期为100 d。结果表明:在生长育肥猪日粮中添加沙棘果渣提取物能提高体重(P<0.01),提高生产性能,各添加水平之间无明显差异,并对肉质特征有明显影响,生长育肥猪机体抗病能力增强。
In order to study the effect of seabuckthern pomace as feed additives on the growth of fattening pigs on weight gain and methods, 40 three-way crossbreeding pigs of 30kg were chosen and divided into 4 groups, which were experimental groups Ⅰ, Ⅱ, Ⅲ and the control with 10 in each group. Add the extract of seabuckthern pomace of 0.5%, 1% and 2% respectively for 100 days. The result shows that adding the extract of seabuckthern pomace to the basal diet can greatly improve the body weight （ P〈0.01 ） and growth performance of pigs, with no significant difference. At the same time, it affected the meat quality obviously and strengthened the immune ability of fattening pigs.
