摘要
以台湾高速铁路为工程背景,对橡胶减振支座(EBP)的减振和降噪功能加以论证与阐述。文章以单质点质量-弹簧模型理论为基础,详细论述了桥梁及橡胶减振支座的概念设计方法。对橡胶减振支座原型进行大量的静、动态试验,并对其进行优化,得出了最优方案。最后得出,在对减振、降噪要求严格的地区,建议采用橡胶减振支座作为桥梁的支承体系。
In this paper,the isolation system utilised in the Taiwan High Speed Railway to protect from the vibration a high-tech industrial area is described.In particular,the conception of the bridges,the design of the bearing system applying the concept of the mass-spring system and the numerous static and dynamic tests performed on material samples,prototype bearings and current production in order to optimise the performances and assure the quality are presented in details.Adopting EBP as the supported structure of the bridge where there has strict requirement on isolation noise reduction is suggested.
