微波促进碘化锌催化2-芳基-4,5-二苯基咪唑衍生物的无溶剂合成 被引量:1

Synthesis of 2-aryl-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazoles catalyzed by zinc iodide under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions

摘要 微波辐射无溶剂下,以碘化锌为催化剂,以芳香醛、苯偶酰、乙酸铵为原料,经多组分"一锅法"高效地合成了10种2-芳基-4,5-二苯基咪唑衍生物。通过实验得出最佳反应条件是:催化剂为碘化锌,用量0.15mmol,微波辐射功率400W,反应时间5min,最高产率可达96%。与传统合成方法相比,本法快捷、简便、高效、环境友好且催化成本低。 The synthesis of ten 2-aryl-4,5-diphenyl-1H-imidazoles by three-component reaction of aromatic aldehydes, benzil and ammonium acetate catalyzed by zinc iodide under microwave irradiation and solvent-free conditions were achieved. The optimum operation conditions were obtained by experiment, as follows: the catalyst is zinc iodide, the amount of catalyst is 0.15mmol, irradiation power 400W, reaction time 5min, under these conditions, the yield is up to 96%. High yield, inexpensive catalyst are the advantages of this process.
