摘要
铁是人和动物必需的微量元素之一,国际上允许使用的补铁剂约有30余种。安全、高效、经济又实用的铁营养强化剂的研制与生产,已成为我国营养学工作者的重要课题。本文对常见铁制剂的制备方法和特性进行综述。
Iron is a kind of necessary trace element for human and animal, there are over thirty chalybeate allowed use at world range. The preparations and productions of ferreous nutrition fortifiers of safety, high efficiency, economy and practicality have become one of important research areas for nutrition operator. The synthetical methods and characteristic of some iron supplement agents are summarized in this paper.
