摘要
目的:研究实验室合成的三价铁制剂对贫血模型小鼠的影响。方法:测试高铁制剂的理化性质,检测其毒性及对贫血模型小鼠Hb的影响。结果:高铁制荆蒸馏水溶液和生理盐水溶液清澈透明,pH4~11无沉淀,有较好的生物利用度。急性毒性实验,说明高铁制荆无毒或毒性极小。对贫血模型小鼠补铁后,通过比较实验组与阳性、阴性对照组Hb的OD380值,反映出实验组Hb的浓度恢复情况较好,证明高铁制剂对缺铁性贫血症有一定的补血作用。结论:高铁制剂有望成为良好的新型生物补铁剂。
Objective:Study the impact on mice of anemian model of Iron( Ⅲ) - preparation. Method: The physico- chemical property, efficacy and toxicity of Iron( Ⅲ) - preparation were examined in this paper. Result: No precipitates were found at pH scale ranging from 4 to 11. Compared the OD value between controlling groups and experimental groups, the concentration of Hb of the experimental groups resume better, so the Iron(Ⅲ ) - preparation shows greatly efficacy. Through the acute toxicity exam, it was proved that Iron (Ⅲ) - preparation had little or no toxicity. Conclusion: Iron( Ⅲ ) - preparation was able to have better bioavailability as an iron supplement.
