摘要
目的:研究葛根素的吸收机制,筛选葛根素经肠道吸收的最佳位置和考察吸收促进剂对葛根素在大鼠各肠段吸收过程中的影响。方法:采用大鼠外翻肠囊法考察葛根素在各肠段的吸收以及吸收促进剂对葛根素吸收的影响。结果:筛选出0.5%、1%壳聚糖,1∶104(V/V)白芷挥发油,0.06%冰片可有效地促进葛根素的肠吸收。结论:葛根素在大鼠小肠主要以主动转运方式吸收,采用吸收促进剂方法提高通透性,将能有效地促进葛根素的吸收,达到提高生物利用度的目的。
Objective ：To explore the intestinal absorption mechanisms of puerarin, find the optimum intestinal site for puerarin absorption and to investigate the effects of absorption enhancers on intestinal absorption of puerarin. Methods ：The intestinal transport of puerarin and the effects of absorption enhancers on intestinal absorption of puerarin is performed by applying everted intestinal＇sacs method. Results ：0.5 % chitosan, 1% chitosan, 1 ： 104 （V/V） oil of Radix Angelicae Dahurieae and 0.06% borneol are the promising candidates enhancing activity for intestinal absorption of puerarin. Conclusion：There exited a saturable transport process for puerarin, absorption enhancer is added to increase the permeability of intestinal membrane, to enhance the absorption of pueraln and increase the bioavallability.
