摘要 目的　介绍壳聚糖及其衍生物在促进药物口服吸收中的应用。 方法 　以国内外发表的文献为依据 ,总结归纳了壳聚糖及其衍生物促进药物口服吸收中的机理及影响因素。 结果与结论 OBJECTIVE Introduce the improving effect of Chitosan and its derivatives in oral drug absorption.METHODS Sum up the studies of the mechanism and influence factors of Chitosan and its Derivatives in oral drug absorption.RESULTS CONCLUSION Chitosan and its derivatives has the improving effect in oral drug absorption.
