摘要
从福建省城市失业女性在经济收入、再就业、健康、社会保障等方面呈现出来的状况来看,她们的生存状态是低端化的。造成这种状态的根源,除主观因素外,在客观上与市场经济发展、就业市场的性别歧视、制度安排的某些缺陷、性别角色的社会定势等相关。
The living states of the unemployed city females in Fujian Province are at a lower level in the economic income, re - employment, health, social security and so on. In addition to the subjective factors, the development of the market economy, gender discrimination in the labor market, certain defects in institutional arrangements and the social set of gender roles objectively are correlated to this kind of state.
