摘要
农转非人员普遍缺乏就业竞争力,文化水平和劳动技能低下已经成为困扰其就业的瓶颈,而农转非人员就业培训现状不容乐观。应建立健全农转非劳动力就业培训保障机制,循序渐进,抓住重点进行实际有效的有针对性的就业培训,大力推行订单式培训,并加强创业培训。
Non-agricultmal people from agriculture usually are short of employment competence. Their low eultural level and working skill become the bottleneck of employment. But the present training situation of non- agricultural people finn agriculture is not optimistic. Their employment training guarantee mechanism should be set up and completed and the related effective employment training should gradually be conducted by strengthening the employment training for objective companies and by strengthening training for marring business.
