柴胡-黄芩水煎液及其挥发油与黄酮类化学成分群配伍的解热比较作用研究 被引量:6

摘要 目的:实验通过观察柴胡-黄芩水煎液以及从柴胡-黄芩水煎液中分离出的挥发油及黄酮类化学成分群配伍后对LPS诱导的大鼠发热模型的解热作用,考察了全煎液与煎液中挥发油-黄酮类化学成分群配方的作用差异。方法:以80μg/kg剂量一次性腹腔注射LPS诱导大鼠发热模型;造模同时,给药组分别灌胃给予全煎液和挥发油-黄酮类化学成分群配方(剂量均为折合原药材10 g/kg);分别于造模后连续测定体温390 min,计算各组体温变化值。结果:两给药组与模型组相比,其ΔT-Time曲线明显下移,ΔT值间具有显著性差异(P<0.05 or 0.001);在整个实验过程中,配方组ΔT-Time曲线始终位于全煎液组曲线下方,210~270 min时,两者间ΔT值显示出显著性差异(P<0.05)。结论:柴胡-黄芩全水煎液及其挥发油及黄酮类化学成分群均具有显著的解热作用,且挥发油类-黄酮类化学成分群配方较全煎液表现出更强的解热趋势,提示柴胡-黄芩水煎液中所含的各类化学成分群在解热效用方面存在作用差异,挥发油-黄酮类为其重要解热物质基础,水煎液中可能有具拮抗作用的共存组分存在。 Aim: To compare the anti -febrile effects of the mingled decoction and the formula of the chemical component clusters of Volatile oil and flavones of Bupleurium root and Scutellaria. Method: LPS (80 p.g/kg) intraperitoneal injection was used to induce fever in rats. The both samples were orally administrated at the dose of 10g/ kg (according to the herbs) immediately after the LPS injection. The rectal temperature was measured continuously after LPS injection, which lasting 390 min. Calculate the change rates of rectal temperature (△T) . Result: Both of the samples can significantly inhibited the rising of the rectal temperature in rats induced by LPS. In the course of the experiment, the △T - Time curve of the chemical component clusters formula group was under the curve of the mingled decoction all the time, and indicated the significance between the two sample groups (P 〈 0.05 or 0. 001 ) from 210 to 270 minutes, the most potential effect of anti -febrile. Conclusion: In a conclusion, the formula of the chemical component clusters of Volatile oil and flavones ot LSupleurmm root ano ~cuLc^al,a 1, e of anti -febrile than the mingled decoction at the same dose according to the crude herbs, which suggest that the different chemical component clusters probably have different efficacy on the febrile rat caused by LPS, and Volatile oil and flavones are the important material foundations of the anti - febrile effect in decoction of Bupleurium root and Scutellaria, while there are also the components manifesting the contrary efficacy.
