摘要
从温里药配伍活血药后活血药效应成分药代动力学变化的角度揭示活血温里复方中活血药与温里药的配伍内涵,国内外尚未见报道。我们以活血药赤芍为例,用一类温里药分别与之配伍后,对赤芍效应成分芍药苷的药代动力学进行研究,目的是从药物效应成分药代动力学角度阐明和发现活血温里复方中活血药与温里药的配伍内涵,同时对复方配伍药物效应成分药代动力学研究方法进行探索。在本研究中,将活血药赤芍分别与温里药胡椒、吴莱萸、肉桂、小茴香、花椒配伍后灌胃小鼠,用HPLC法测定小鼠体内不同时间的芍药苷血药浓度,结果显示,以上5味温里药均能不同程度的提高芍药苷的血药浓度。对照组(赤芍)与实验组(温里药配伍赤芍)比较,芍药苷血药浓度有显著差异(P<0．001,P<0．01)。通过本研究,还得到了适合活血温里复方药物配伍机理药代动力学研究的方法,为中药复方药物配伍机理药代动力学的深入系统研究提供了方法学基础。
It has not been reported at home and abroad that the content of the compatibility of both blood - activating drugs and interior - warming drugs in their compound prescriptions can be revealed from the angle of the change of pharmaco -kinetics of the effective components of blood - activating drugs in the compatibility of interior - warming drugs and blood - activating drugs. Taking the blood - activating drug Radix Paconiac Rubra for example , the authors of this article have studied the pharmaco - kinetics of paeoniflorin, an effective component of Radix Paconiac Rubra, by making Radix Paconiac Rubra compatible to interior - warming drugs of a same kind respectively. The study is aimed to find and expound the content of the compatibility of blood - activating and interior - warming drugs in their compound presctiptions from the angle of pharmaco - kinetics of the effective components of drugs and to explore the method of the study on the pharmaco - kinetics of the effective components of compatible drugs in compound prescriptions. In this study preparations made of the blood - activating drug Radix Paconiac Rubra respectively with such interior - warming drugs as Fructus Piperis , Evodiac Cortex Cinnamomi , Fructus Foeniculi and Pericarpium Zanthoyli are forced into the stomach of mice and then HPLC is used to measure the concentration of paeoniflorin in blood of the mice at different times. The result indicates that the above - mentioned five interior - wanning drugs are all able to increase the concentration of paeoniflorin in blood at different levels . In comparison the concentration of paeoniflorin in blood resulting from the control group (Rudix Paconiac Rubra) and the experimental group (Compatibility of Radix Paconeac Rubra with interior - warming drugs ) is remarkably different (p<0. 001, p <0. 01) . By this study people are able to acquire a method suited for the study on the pharmaco - kinetics of the compatible mechanisms of blood - activating and interior - warming drugs in compound prescriptions , which may provide a methodological basis for a deep and systematic study of pharmaco - kinetics of compatibile mechanisms of Chinese drugs in compound prescriptions .
