摘要
本文对生脉注射液中人参总皂甙含量测定的薄层扫描法进行了研究。探讨了共存组分干扰的排除。比较了薄层扫描法与薄层比色法回收试验,前者回收率为98.90±3.9%~99.42±5.9%;后者回收率为95.70±0.79%~96.20±0.99%,二者经t检验(t<t_(0.25)),无显著性差异。为生脉注射液质量控制提供了含量测定方法。
Shengmai injection is acompound pharmaceutical preparation ofpanax ginseng root. A sensitive TLC-de-nsitometric method for the determinationof ginseng saponins was described. It wasbased upon that total ginseng saponinswere extracted with n-butanol (saturatedwith water) from Shenmai injection, theextract was evaporated and diluted to asuitable volume with methanol. An aliq-uot was separated by TLC on a silica gelG plate, with chloroform-methanol-water(70:55:10) as the developer, and thenmeasurement with a Shimadzu CS-910dualwavelength thin layer chromatograp-hic scanner. Instrumental parameters are:reflection mode, zigzag scanning, λS=525nm, λR=780nm, Sx=3. Slit=1.25×1, 25mm, rate 20mm/min. The quantity poin-ted of ginseng saponin Re in the rangeof 1--4 ug was in good linear relationship.The recovery of ginseng saponins withTLC-densitometric method was 98.90±3.9%-99.42±5.9% and with TLC-colormetricmethod was 95.70±0.79%--96.20±0.97%.t-test showed that results obtained by bothmethods made no remarkable differenceto each other. This methods is sensitive,accurate and rapid. The internal qualityof Shenmai injection can be controlledwith this method.
