摘要
目的:评价三七通舒胶囊联合异丙嗪治疗前庭性眩晕的临床效果。方法:选择前庭性眩晕患者92例,排除颅内占位病变。治疗组用三七通舒胶囊口服,每次两片,每天3次,同时用异丙嗪口服,每次12.5 mg,每天3次。对照组用异丙嗪口服,每次12.5 mg,每天3次。12天后,观察疗效。结果:治疗组疗效明显优于对照组。结论:用三七通舒胶囊联合异丙嗪治疗前庭性眩晕有明显临床疗效。
Objective： To assess the curative effect of Sanqitiongshu capsule and Phenenun on patients with vestibular vertigo.M ethods： In 92 cases of vestibular vertigo, except the other diseases in cranial. The treainent group take Sanqiongshu capsule three tines per day, with two capsules each tines. At the sane time, lake Phenergan three tines per day, with 12.5mg each tines The contrast group take Phenergan three tines per day, with 12.5mg each tines After 12 days, observe the curative effect, Results： The curative ett^ct of treainent group wasmuch better than the contrast group. Conclusion： Sanqiongshu capsule combined with Phenergan on patientswith vestibular vertigo shows obvious curative effect.
