三七通舒胶囊治疗缺血性卒中疗效观察 被引量:9

摘要 目的观察三七通舒胶囊治疗缺血性卒中的疗效。方法86例缺血性卒中患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,分别服用三七通舒胶囊和复方血栓通胶囊28d;同时,2组静脉输注706代血浆10d。采用神经功能缺损和生活能力状态量表评分进行疗效判定。结果治疗组与对照组显效率分别为66.1%、36.7%(P<0.01)。结论三七通舒胶囊对缺血性卒中有较好疗效。 OBJECTIVE:To observe the curative effect of Sanqitongshu capsule for ischemic stroke.METHODS:A total of86patients with ischemic stroke were randomized to receive Sanqitongshu capsule(treatment group)or compound xueshuantong capsule(control group)for28days;both groups were infused intravenously with706plasma substitute for10days.The curative effects were evaluated using neurologic impairment and viability rating scale.RESULTS:The effective rates of the treatment group and the control group were66.1%and36.7%,...
