摘要
目的:观察针刺不同经穴对健康人胃电平均幅值的影响,探讨经脉穴位与脏腑的相关性。方法:分别针刺健康人胃经、脾经、胆经的不同穴位及非经非穴,观察针刺前后胃电平均幅值的变化,比较研究针刺不同经脉穴位对胃功能影响的差异。结果:针刺不同经脉穴位对健康人胃电平均幅值变化率的影响具有显著差异性。针刺胃经不同穴位对胃电平均幅值变化率具有不同影响。结论:针刺对健康人胃功能的影响具有经脉和穴位的相对特异性。
Objective： To observe the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints of healthy people on the average amplitude of gastric electrical activity, and to explore the correlation between acupoints and Zang - fu organs. Method： Different acupoints on stomach meridian, spleen meridian and gallbladder meridian and non - acupoints of healthy people were acupunctured, changes of average amplitude of gastric electrical activity before and after acupuncture were observed, and the effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians on gastric function were compared. Results： The effect of acupuncturing different acupoints on different meridians on the average amplitude changing rate of healthy people showed significant deviation . The effect of aeupuncturing different acupoints of the stomach meridian on the average amplitude changing rate of healthy people showed significant deviation.Conclusions： These results suggest that the effect of acupuncture on gastric function of healthy people were related to the relative specificity of meridians and acupoints.
