摘要
建立食品及其供应链活动准确、及时的可追溯体系已经成为食品行业健康发展的一个主要因素。文中主要讨论了食品供应链及其可追溯体系的概念、可追溯系统的分类及特征、用于可追溯体系建立的技术及其发展等内容。同时指出了有关食品可追溯体系后续有待研究的一些问题。
The accurate and timely traceability of products and activities in the supply chain has become a new factor in food industry development. The concepts of food supply chain and its traceability, the sort and character that used in the traceability system and its development, the technology and development of traceability system were discussed. At the same time, some issues need to be studied in the future were pointed out.
