摘要
骨桥蛋白(OPN)是在多种细胞中广泛表达的一种分泌型磷酸糖蛋白,具有重要的生物学功能,参与细胞的多种生理病理过程。研究证明,OPN与其受体相互作用可以促进细胞的增殖、迁移、侵袭等生物学行为。OPN不仅能够通过自分泌增强自身细胞的迁移能力,也能作为一种趋化因子提升其他细胞的迁移能力。本文主要从三个方面介绍OPN促细胞迁移作用及其相关分子机理:OPN及其受体、受体下游信号分子以及OPN与EGF和HGF的协同作用。
Osteopontin (OPN), a secreted phoshoglycoprotein, is widely expressed in various types of cells and plays an important role in multiple physiological and pathological processes. Researches have shown that the interaction between OPN and its receptors could promote biological behavior of cells, including proliferation, migration and invasion. OPN could not only enhance migration on self cell in an autocrine way, but also induce other cells migration as a chemokine. OPN-induced cell migration and its molecular mechanisms have been reviewed in this paper in the following three aspects: OPN receptors, signal molecules activated by ligation of OPN and receptors, synergistic effect of OPN and EGF and HGF.
