血浆BGP、AKP对笼养蛋鸡骨质疏松症的诊断学意义 被引量:7

Study on Significance of Plasma BGP,AKP,Calcium and Phosphorusfor Diagnosis of Cage Layer Osteoporosis

摘要 180只19周龄伊莎笼养蛋鸡随机均分为对照(A)、低钙Ⅰ(B)、低钙Ⅱ(C)和低钙Ⅲ(D)4组 ,分别饲喂钙含量为3.55 % ,2.50 % ,2.05 %和1.27 %的日粮 ,定期检测血浆骨钙素(BGP)、碱性磷酸酶(AKP)、钙及无机磷含量 ,观察低钙日粮诱发蛋鸡骨质疏松症的情况。结果显示 ,BGP和AKP随日粮钙含量降低而升高 ,A ,B ,C和D组BGP分别为0.625±0.377 ,1.393±0.204 ,2.171±0.230和4.266±1.427 ,组间差异极显著(P<0.01) ;AKP分别为39.49±30.68 ,52.44±15.09 ,64.61±29.23和74.42±21.58 ,仅A与B ,C和D组差异显著(P<0.05)。BGP来源简单 ,各组变异程度小 ,而AKP来源复杂 ,各组变异程度较大 ,可作为笼养鸡骨质疏松症的诊断生化标志物 ,但BGP的敏感性和特异性比AKP好。血浆钙随日粮钙含量降低而降低 ,组间差异多数极显著(P<0.01) ;血浆无机磷平均值组间差异不显著(P>0.05)。在低钙情况下 ,部分血浆钙、磷从骨骼中动员出来 ,故测定血浆钙。 In this paper,180 19-week ISA cage layers were equally divided into four groups:A(control),B(low calcium Ⅰ),C(low calcium Ⅱ) and D(low calcium Ⅲ) at random and fed separately with 3.55%、2.50%、2.05% and 1.27% calcium content in their dietary. Osteoporosis in cage layer had been induced at certain interval .Results indicated that BGP and AKP increased with the drop of dietary calicum content,BGP meanvalues of A,B,C,D groups were 0.625±0.377,1.393±0.240,2.171±0.230,4.266±1.427 respectively,with difference among groups high significantly(P<0.01);AKP mean values of each group were 39.49±30.68,52.44±15.09,64.61±29.23,74.42±1.58 respectively,only with difference between A and B,C,D significantly (P<0.05);The lever of variation of BGP for each group was small in this experiment because plasma BGP was only released form the bone,but the lever of variation of AKP was large because AKP was released from bone and the other organs.According to this,the sensitivity and specificity of BGP were therefore,superior to AKP although both BGP and AKP can be used as biochemical markers for diagnosing cage layer osteoporsis.Plasma calcium was down as the drop of dietary calcium content with difference among majority of groups high significantly(P<0.01);inorganic phosphate in each group are not significantly different (P>0.05). It was not valuable to measure calcium and inorganic phosphate in pasma for diagnosis of cage layer osteoporosis due to partial calcium and phosphorus releasing from bone under circumstances of low calcium content dietary.
