摘要
目的:鉴定化学对照品莪术醇中的主要有关物质。方法:采用LC-MS/MS联用法,以SHIMADZU VP-ODS柱(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)为色谱柱,乙腈-0.1%醋酸溶液(85∶15)为流动相,以APCI为离子源,采用一级、二级质谱全扫描方式,对莪术醇对照品中的有关物质进行色谱分离及质谱鉴定。结果:通过对分子质量、二级质谱碎片信息和液相保留时间三方面信息,与对照品比较,证明莪术醇对照品中的有关物质为异莪术烯醇。结论:为莪术醇对照品的标化和提纯提供了依据。
Objective:To identify the related substance of curcumol.Methods:LC-MS/MS was adpopted to separated and identify he related substance of curcumol.The separation was performed on a C18 column and consist of 0.1%acetic acid -acetonitrle(85:15),the mass spectrometer was operated on APCI and two scan modes including full scan MS and full scan MS/MS.The obtained mass spectra were analyzed for their fragmentation passways. Results:The obtained mother ions ,fragment ions and the retention time were adopted to identify the related substance of curcumol,which was isocurcumenol. Conclusion: It provides the basis for purification and standardized of curcumol reference substance .
