摘要
针对传统电力企业绩效评价指标之间相互割裂的局限性,基于网络分析法,考虑评价指标之间的相互影响与制约关系,构建了指标非线性组合关系的多属性绩效综合评价模型;并以某水电企业的3个水电厂为例,阐明了基于ANP的水电企业绩效评价模型的可行性。
According to the limitation of the inter-separation among performance assessment indexes for traditional hydropower enterprise, a comprehensive performance assessment model with index nonlinear combination and multiple attribute based on analytic network process was established, considering the interaction and limitation between assessment indexes. Then three hydropower stations of a hydropower enterprise were taken as examples to verify the feasibility and validity of the model.
