摘要
首先在前人研究的基础上,基于冷链物流的特点,构建了第三方冷链物流服务商选择评价指标体系,并对各个指标进行阐释说明;其次根据各指标之间的相互依存和反馈关系,利用网络分析法(ANP)建立各层指标非线性组合关系的多指标综合评价决策模型,并运用Super Decisions软件通过建立未加权超矩阵、加权超矩阵、极限超矩阵等得出各个指标的权重;最后选取权重排名前5的指标作为最终评价指标运用到案例的服务商选择中,从而验证此方法的正确性,为冷冻加工企业选择第三方冷链物流服务商提供了参考。
Based on the characteristics of cold chain third-party cold chain logistics service providers, then dex comprehensive evaluation model is presented for （ANP）, meantime, the ANP model is implemented by logistics, an evaluation network structure is established for the selection of according to the dependence and feedback among the indices, a muhi-in- nonlinear combination relations of each layer by Analytic Network Process super decisions, and a case is used to certify the method.
