摘要
基于电力企业绩效评估体系改进的必要性,通过对电力产业的外部环境,市场结构及产业特点的分析,采取Kaplan和Norton提出的平衡计分卡,从财务、顾客、内部运作程序、学习与成长4个方面,运用德尔菲法、AHP层次分析法,以及主成分分析法对各指标赋权,构建了新的发电企业业绩评估体系.
In view of the necessity of the electric power enterprise performance assessment improvement combined with the analysis of the exterior environment, market structure and the characteristics of the electric power industry, this paper adopts the balance scorecard method put forward by Kaplan and Norton from four aspects, namely, finance, the customer, inner process, study and growth. At the same time, it makes use of the Delphi technique, AHP decision-support model and main composition analysis method to engender weighted index. As a result, a new electric power enterprise performance assessment is set up.
