翅片管式蒸发器结霜问题的数值分析与实验研究 被引量:7

摘要 翅片管蒸发器结霜会增加传热热阻和流动阻力.为了合理确定化霜周期,必须对结霜过程作深入了解.文中应用动量、能量、质量输运方程模拟翅片管式蒸发器的结霜过程,并用数值求解方法预测了霜沉降量、蒸发器换热量随时间的变化过程.翅片管结霜是一个瞬变问题,为了计算方便,将其简化为准稳态问题,即在每个时间步长内,认为该过程是稳定的.然后把所得的霜层厚度以及霜层表面温度作为下一时间步长内传热传质的边界条件.在研究中考虑了霜层阻力引起风量下降这一因素,并通过测定空气除湿量来确定霜沉降量,以验证计算结果。 This paper adopts the momentum energy and mass transport equations to simulate the frost forming process of the finnedtube evaporators. Using numerical method, the frost accumulation quantity and heat transfer capacity of evaporators are predicted, which is simplified to a quasistable problem for convenience. In every time step the process is considered to be stable and the obtained data, the frost thickness and the temperature of the frost surface are used as the boundary conditions in the next time step. In the study, the decrease of air flow rate caused by frost layer is taken into account. By the measurement of the air dehumidification, the frost growth quantity is determined to verify the numerical results, which conform with the experimental results very well.
