摘要
分子印迹技术(MIT)是近年来集高分子合成、分子设计、分子识别、仿生生物工程等众多学科优势发展起来的一种新型技术,它的产生与发展为环境监测和环境治理开辟了一条新的途径。本文综述了分子印迹技术的产生与发展及基本原理,着重介绍了MIT在痕量污染物分析及废水处理中的应用和发展前景,并对目前存在的问题进行了探讨。
Molecular imprinting technique is a new technology that develops recently aggregating the advantages of high polymer synthesis, molecular design, molecular identification, and bionics bioengineering and so on, whose appearance and development bring a new line to environmental monitoring and environmental treatment. In this paper, the development and basic theory of molecular imprinting technique was summarized, especially the application and development of MIT about the trace analytical method for complex organic contaminants and wastewater treatment were introduced, and the problems existing now were discussed.
