摘要
采用电化学方法聚合了L-赖氨酸,制备成聚L-赖氨酸修饰玻碳电极,并研究了甲基对硫磷在该修饰电极上的电化学行为.结果表明,聚L-赖氨酸对甲基对硫磷的检测有明显的增敏效果.在最佳条件下,发现氧化峰电流与甲基对硫磷浓度在1.0×10-6~1.0×10-4mol.L-1的浓度范围内呈良好的线性关系,线性方程为Ip(μA)=0.479 6 C(μmol.L-1)+39.313(R=0.993),检出限为4.0×10-7mol.L-1,将此方法用于苹果样品中甲基对硫磷的测定,结果令人满意.
The poly L-lysine film modified glassy carbon electrodes were prepared with electrochemical process.Electrochemical behavior of methyl parathion on the modified electrode was investigated thoroughly using voltammetry,and selective determination of methyl parathion was also fulfilled successfully.The results indicated that the poly L-lysine showed strong catalytic effects.Under the optimal conditions,a linear range between the oxidation peak current and methyl parathion concentration was obtained from 1.0 × 10-6 to 1.0 × 10-4mol·L-1 by following equation:Ip(μA) = 0.479 6 C(μmol·L-1) + 39.313(R=0.993) and a detection limit of 4.0×10-7 mol·L-1.Finally,the proposed procedure was successfully used to determine methyl parathion in real samples.
