摘要
大学学科建设的一个重要目的是提升学科组织的知识生产能力。以往的学科建设由于单纯地强调了学科要素的培育而缺少整体的制度安排,导致学科建设的效率不高。因此,大学学科建设应从对学科要素投入的关注转移到对学科组织化水平的提高上来。从科学学、政治学、经济学、管理学和社会学等视角的多元审视中可以看到,提高大学学科组织化水平具有十分重要的价值。大学学科组织化是一个循环往复的过程,其路径可分为学科组织使命分析、学科组织体制设计、学科组织结构设计、学科组织运行设计和学科组织评价五个阶段。
One of the important aims of university disciplinary construction is to upgrade the knowledge productionability of disciplinary organization. The efficiency of the previous disciplinary construction is not high, because it simply emphasized the cultivation of disciplinary elements while lacking the whole systematic arrangement. Therefore, the university disciplinary construction should turn the concern with the investment of disciplinary elements to the improvement of the level of disciplinary systematization. Improving the level of university disciplinary systematization is of great signifi- cance from multi-survey of scienology, politics, economics, management and sociology. University disciplinary systematization is a recycling course whose route can be divided into five recursion stages in terms of mission analysis of disciplinary organization, system design of disciplinary organization, structure design of disciplinary organization, operation design of disciplinary organization and evaluation of disciplinary organization.
