University Discipline Governance Based on Attributes of Disciplines

摘要 学科是形而上的知识门类、形而下的组织建制和社会实践的统一体。学科治理是对大学治理的纵深推进。学科治理要以学科的知识体系属性、组织建制属性、实践属性为依据,确定学科治理的一系列规范,从而提高学科治理的有效性。我国学科治理的现实困境是:学科治理范围受限,学科治理主体权力缺失,学科治理制度不健全,学科治理文化的行政化和功利化取向。因此,应努力跨越学科壁垒,激发学科治理的内生动力;基于多元主体协商共治,促进学科治理结构的形成;加强学科组织建设,夯实学科治理的组织基础;基于学科的知识属性、组织属性与实践属性,培育民主自治开放的学科治理文化。 Discipline is the unity of the metaphysical knowledge classification,physical organization and social practice.Discipline governancement is the advancement of university governance in depth.A series of norms of discipline governance should be determined based on the knowledge system,organizational structure and practice attribute of the discipline so as to improve the effectiveness of discipline governance.The realistic dilemmas of discipline governance in our country are as follows:the scope of discipline governance is limited,the subject of discipline governance lacks power,the discipline governance system is not perfect,and the culture of discipline governance is administration-oriented and utilitarian.Therefore,efforts should be made to overcome the disciplinary barriers and to stimulate the endogenous motivation of disciplinary governance.Based on the multi-subject consultation and co-governance,we should promote the formation of disciplinary governance structure,strengthen the construction of disciplinary organization and consolidate the organizational foundation of disciplinary governance.Based on the knowledge attribute,organization attribute and practice attribute of the discipline,we should cultivate the democratic,autonomous and open discipline governance culture.
