摘要
本文以问卷调查的形式,对安康市九县一区23所中小学全体教师的职后培训状况进行了调查分析,以期为制定科学合理的中小学教师职后培训政策提供依据。
According to the questionnaires to the teachers from 23 schools, this paper analyzed the present situation of the teacher training of nine towns and one district of Ankang city, trying to find some basis for making the scientific and reasonable policies of primary and secondary school teachers training.
