摘要
目的:在精品课程背景下,以为西部民族地区培养合格应用型人才为契机,进行《临床技能学》教学改革。方法:与2004级和2005级临床医学专业学生进行《临床技能学》教学改革与探讨,同时借鉴基于问题的学习(PBL)和标准化患者(SP)的教学方式。结果:平均分及各分数段的比例在2个年级中无显著性差异,但2005级学生技能考核成绩明显优于2004级学生(P<0.01)。结论:传统教学与现代教育模式有机结合、坚持学生在教学活动中的主体地位、加强临床基本技能训练、制订合理的考核制度是培养合格人才的关键。
Objective: To train the qualified, utilized type of talented man based on the fine-designed course, the teaching reform and practice of Clinic Technology are carried out. Methods: The teaching reform was made among the clinical medicine major of grade 2004 and 2005. The teaching mode of problem-based learning (PBL) and standard patient (SP) was adopted. Results: There was no obvious difference in average score and segment between the two grades, but the achievement of skill assess of grade 2005 was superior to that of grade 2004 (P〈0.01). Conclusion: The keys of training qualified talented man are that traditional teaching should be organ-combined with the contemporary education mode, insisting on the major position of students in teaching activity, enhancing the training of clinical fundamental skill and formulating reasonable exam system.
