摘要
目的比较光固化复合树脂与银汞合金充填老年人前磨牙楔状缺损的初期临床效果。方法临床选择65岁以上老年患者72例共190颗楔状缺损患牙,随机分为2组,分别采用光固化复合树脂充填、预备Ⅴ类洞银汞合金充填。充填修复后6个月、12个月评价其临床疗效。用x^2检验对临床评价结果进行统计学分析。结果 36例患者共98颗楔状缺损患牙采用光固化复合树脂充填者有8颗患牙修复失败,82颗楔状缺损患牙采用银汞合金充填者有6颗患牙修复失败。结论对于老年人的前磨牙楔状缺损,光固化复合树脂充填与银汞合金充填均能获得良好的临床效果。
Objective To compare the clinical effect of light curing composite resin and amalgam restored wedgeshaped defects in the aged. Methods 72 old people （ 190 premolars with wedge-shaped defect） were divided into two groups randomly. A： restored with light curing composite; B： restored with amalgam. Clinical evaluation was taken after 6 and 12month. Results 8 failed in 98 light curing composite restored teeth and 6 failed in 82 amalgam restored teeth. Conclusion Both light curing composite resin and amalgam restoration can get a good effect clinically.
