摘要 目的:研究不同深度的楔状缺损及其尖部牙体组织的应力分布。方法:建立下颌第一前磨牙模式图,选择4种不同深度的楔状缺损,应用二维有限元应力分析法,对楔状缺损及其尖部进行应力分析。结果:随着楔状缺损深度的增加,缺损应力呈增高的趋势。结论:楔状缺损对牙体破坏的速度是逐渐加快的,临床上应尽早对楔状缺损进行充填修复。 Objective: To study the concentration of strain at the cervix of tooth with wedge - shaped defects and its top end. Methods: Two - finite element models of strain first premolar defected from longitudinal section were developed. Four different depths of wedge- shaped defects were respectively chosen, then the strain variation in defects and their top end was investigated. Results: The strain of wedg - shaped defects and their top end was raised with increasing depth. Conclusion: The rate that defects do damage to teeth is accelerated. In the clinic, wedge - shaped defects should be restored as early as possible.
