摘要
目的:调查分析厦门近郊农村影响老年口腔健康相关因素,为提供厦门地区农村开展老年口腔预防保健服务和措施的依据。方法:采用下乡入户调查方式,对161例60岁以上农村老年人的口腔健康状况和影响因素进行调查。结果:龋齿患病率为95.03%,牙根龋患病率12.11%;牙周病患病率47.20%;牙列缺损患病率77.02%;牙列缺失患病率10.56%;楔状缺损患病率为47.20%;口腔卫生保健意识率0.62%。结论:厦门地区农村老年人口腔健康状况较差,自我口腔保健知识匮乏。如何提高和改善该地区农村老年人的口腔健康水平,重视和加强乡镇医院医务人员的口腔专业的培训应作为一项紧迫的公共卫生项目。以及采用地方方言,对农村老年人进行文化和传统上可以接受的口腔健康教育,也是开展农村老年口腔预防医学和口腔保健的有效措施之一。
Objective:By investigating and analysing the relevant factors that affect the oral health of the old people in the suburbs of Xiamen, this paper is to provide the evidence of the oral preventive and care service in the suburbs of Xiamen. Methods:Oral health of 161 old suburbans aged more than 60 were examined. Results: Of the 161 old suburbans investigated, 95.03% suffer from dental caries, 5.76%from root caries,47.20% from periodontitis,77.02% from impaired teeth,10.56%from missing teeth, 47.20%from wedge-shaped damages of teeth. 0.62%of them has oral health awareness. Conclusions: There has low level of oral medical treatment in the suburbs of Xiamen, where the old people lack oral self-care awareness and are in a poor oral health condition. So it is an urgent public health project to strengthen the training of doctor and nurses in this area, and to publicize the knowledge of oral health among the old suburbans in an acceptable way in Xiamen dialect which will be one of the effective measures to improve their oral prevention and care health awareness.
