摘要
采用反相高效液相色谱法,同时测定食品中常见的10种食品添加剂:苯甲酸、山梨酸、对羟基苯甲酸甲酯(尼泊金甲酯)、糖精钠、安赛蜜、柠檬黄、日落黄、胭脂红、苋菜红、亮蓝。实验采用Symmetry C18柱(4.6mm×150mm,5μm,Waters)为分离柱,以20mmol/L乙酸铵(pH6.8)-甲醇为流动相,用紫外检测器在234nm下进行检测,整个分析过程在17min内完成。其平均加标回收率为94.14%~99.94%,相对标准偏差小于4%。该方法结果准确,适用于食品常规质量检测。
A novel method is proposed for the simultaneous separation and determination of ten food additives (benzoic acid, sorbic acid, methyl p-hydroxybenzoate, saccharin sodium, acesulfame potassium, tartrazine, sunset yellow, ponceau 4R, amaranth, brilliant blue) by reversed-phase high performance liquid chromatography. The separation was achieved within 17 min by using a Symmetry reverse phase C18 colum (150 mm ×4.6 mm, 5μm, Waters Inc) with 20 mmol/L NH4Ac (pH6.8)-methanol as mobile phase and lastly detected at 234 nm through a UV detector. The average recoveries for real samples ranged from 94.14% to 99.94%. The relative standard deviation was less than 4%, This method is accurate and applicable to conventional food quality testing.
