摘要
为了满足日益严格的排放标准,尤其是"欧洲4级"以及更高的排放标准,根据发动机对EGR阀的性能要求,设计制作发动机EGR阀测试系统,包括气路、数据采集与分析系统设计,对自行研发的EGR阀进行测试,实现对EGR阀真空度控制与阀位移之间的性能参数曲线测定,为柴油发动机EGR阀的开发和定型投入生产提供依据。
In order to fill stricter emission standard increasingly especially EURO IV and higher class, a testing system for engine EGR valve are designed,which include gas circuit, data gathering and analyzing. And the EGR valve manufactured by self was tested, which could acquire the capability parameter curve of vacuum level-valve displacement, serving development and finalizing the design of diesel engine.
