摘要
针对唐山爱信齿轮298K变速器噪声异响问题,建立6σDMAIC(Define,Measure,Analyze,Improve,Control)业绩改进模型,并利用Minitab软件对质量数据进行分析,提出了一套具体的改进方案。通过实施,爱信齿轮厂提高了汽车变速器的过程能力,改善了噪声过大的质量问题,提高了顾客满意度。
The product quality is the major focus of competition in vehicle manufacturers,Tangshan Aisin Gear Co. Ltd. has successfully implemented a project 6σ project in order to improve product quality and reduce claims. For abnormal sound and noise problem in Tangshan Aisin Gear 298K transmission, the 6σDMAIC model is established, and the quality of data is analyzed by using Minitab software. Finally, a set of specific improving programs have been put forward. Through research, the capacity of the process of vehicle transmission is increased and too much noise problem is improved and the customer satisfaction is improved in Tangshan Aisin Gear Co. Ltd..
