摘要
通过对精益生产和六西格玛管理的对比分析,指出了实施精益六西格玛的必要性和可行性;明确了精益六西格玛的涵义,划分了精益六西格玛解决问题的种类;提出了关注系统、重视文化建设等5项实施精益六西格玛的关键成功因素;精益六西格玛实施中,对于简单问题,可以直接用精益生产的方法和工具解决,对于复杂问题,给出了实施精益六西格玛项目的DMAICⅡ流程和14个步骤,提供了实施精益六西格玛项目各个阶段的工具。
The production modes of Lean Production and Six Sigma are analyzed. The advantages and disadvantages of the two modes are pointed out by comparison. The conception of Lean Six Sigma is explored. Necessities and feasibilities of Lean Six Sigma are pointed out. Key successful factors of Lean Six Sigma—focusing on the system, establishing culture, focusing on process, supported by leadership and choosing the right method and tool, are analyzed. Improvement activities in Lean Six Sigma system are divided into 2 categories —Lean Kaizen and Lean Six Sigma project. For the simple problems, lean production can be used directly. For the complex problems, the procedure of DMAIC Ⅱ and its detail steps, tools in each stage are put forward.
