摘要
为提升点焊工序质量的稳定性,导入六西格玛改进模式DMAIC的。在分析阶段引入FMEA分析并筛选影响质量的关键因子;在改进阶段采用正交试验方式确定因子最佳水平组合;在改进与推广阶段,为保持取得效果,建立改进与推广流程,将改进措施纳入车间管理体系,并将DMAIC各阶段中涉及的工具与PDCA结合起来,使得工作人员对生产现状的分析更加科学化、合理化。
To enhance the stability of spot-welding process quality, import six sigma improving model, DMAIC. In the analysis phase, FMEA analysis was introduced to filter the key factors affecting the quality. In improvement stage, determine the best combination of factors with their best level by the implementation of orthogonal experiment. In the improvement and promotion stage, in order to maintain the results achieved and ensure staff analysis production status more scientific, established improvement and promotion processes, combined tools involved in the various stages of DMAIC and PDCA, and improvement measures were also normalized to the shop floor management system.
