摘要
目的:总结PFNA治疗老年股骨转子间骨折的临床疗效。方法:2007年1月至2008年3月用PFNA固定治疗老年股骨转子间不同类型骨折29例。结果:所有患者治疗优良率为93.1%,功能恢复接近伤前水平。结论:用PFNA固定治疗老年患者股骨转子间骨折,手术操作简单,大大缩短手术时间,固定切实可靠,无断钉及髋内翻畸形发生,能使患者早期进行患肢功能锻炼及下床,大大降低长期卧床的并发症,效果满意。
Objective： To summarize the treatment efficacy of PFNA for intertrochanter fracture of femur in elder people.Methods： PFNA for 29 cases different types of intertrochanter fracture of femur in elder people.Results： Perfect and good result rate of this treatment was 93.1%,and function of hips in patients were recovered to normal.Conclusion： operative technique was not difficult,operative time was reduced,internal fixation was feasible,none breaking was happened deformation of hip valgus was not happened,patients can be rehabilitation very short after opteration,complications was reduced significantly and treatment efficacy was satisfied when PFNA for intertrochanter fracture of femur in elder people.
