猪SLC6A14g.21063G>T多态性与脂肪和生长性状相关性研究 被引量:1

摘要 SLC6A14是影响人肥胖症的功能基因之一。利用白色杜洛克×二花脸资源家系F0代的17头二花脸母猪和2头白色杜洛克公猪的DNA池,通过直接测序方法在猪SLC6A14基因第21063号核苷酸处搜寻到1个G→T突变(SLC6A14g.21063G>T)。使用PacIPCR-RFLP技术检测了白色杜洛克×二花脸资源家系3代637个个体在此突变位点的多态性,并分析了与脂肪和生长性状的相关性。结果表明:该突变位点与腹脂重和46日龄个体重存在极显著相关性。
