摘要 苏里格气田是典型的低渗、低压、低丰度岩性气藏,单井产量低,建井数量多,经济有效开发难度大,为了实现气田的规模高效开发,2003~2006年,长庆油田组织在苏里格气田现场开展了一系列工艺优化试验,最终形成了"苏里格模式",开创了低成本战略,实现了苏里格气田的经济有效开发。井下节流技术是"苏里格模式"最关键技术之一,井下节流是实现在气井井筒节流降压的工艺技术,掌握井下节流技术,并成功将其应用到气田的实际生产中,可以最大限度地减少井筒和地面管线水合物形成的几率,减轻井口水套炉的负荷,减少燃气量。在生产指标上,大大提高了生产时效。另外,由于生产压力降低,可以大大增加生产中的安全系数,提高单井自身的携液能力。结合苏里格气田的实际,从井下节流技术在苏里格气田的前期试验、优化以及成熟推广应用等方面进行了阐述,详细论述了井下节流技术在苏里格气田的成功应用。 Sulige gas field is a typical gas reservoir lithology with low permeability, low pressure, low abundance, single well is low output, number of gas wells have been built, It is very difficult to develop cost-effective. In order to achieve gas field development of efficient and large-scale, from 2003 to 2006, it carry out a series of optimization experiments in the scene of Sulige gas field by Relevant departments of changqing oilfield company. Finally the "model Sulige" is formed that created a low-cost strategy achieving the Sulige gas field development cost-effective. Downhole throttler is one of the most critical technologies of the "model Sulige", downhole throttler is to achieve savings in the gas well shaft technology buck. Master downhole throttler technology, and successfully applied to the field of the actual production can to minimize the shaft and the ground line of the probability of hydrate formation, reduce the load of water jacket furnace wellhead, reduce the volume of gas. Indicators in the production, greatly improving the timeliness of production. In addition, because the production pressure reduce, it can greatly increase the safety factor of production to improve the single-well hydraulic carrying capacity of their own. In this paper, I refer the actual Sulige gas field, set forth from the downhole throttler experimentation of sulige gas field in the pre-test and optimizing and promoting the use of areas. It has described in detail the downhole throttler of Sulige gas field in the successful application.
