摘要
针对天然气输送过程中管道设备可能出现的失效形式,并结合“西气东输”工程实际,从介质环境、材料使用、应力特征等几方面入手,分析了天然气输送过程中的硫化物应力腐蚀问题,并提出相应的预防措施。
Associating with the practice of“W est-East Pipeline”project, the problems of sulfide stress corrosion in natural gas transm ission are interpreted in three aspects, is med ium environment, materials used and stress characteristics. Meantime, preventive measures are also mentioned and new types of low -alloy steel with high intensity are recommended for use in natural gas transm ission.
