摘要
目的p16、pRb为肿瘤抑制基因,细胞周期调控因子。探讨P16、pRb在非小细胞肺癌中的作用。方法:采用免疫组织化学方法对38例原发性非小细胞肺癌中p16、pRb两因子表达情况进行研究。结果:p16、pRb的阳性表达率分别为47.4%和76.3%。在50%pRb阳性的病例中,p16蛋白不表达或表达水平很低;在21%pRb阴性的病例中,p16蛋白具有较高的表达水平。结论:pRb与p16蛋白在非小细胞肺癌中的表达呈负相关。
Objective:Both p16 and pRb are tumor suppressor genes and regulatory factors of cell cycle. The aim of the research is sutdy the expressions of p16、 pRb in primary nonsmall cell lung cancer (NSCLC)Methods:We detected p16 and pRb from 38 patients with NSCLC by means of immunohistochemistry. [WT5”HZ〗Results:p16 and pRb were detectable in 47.4% and 76.3% patients respectively. 50% of pRb positive cases had no or low p16 expression, while 21% of pRb negative ones showed high level of p16.Conclusions:The expression of pRb is inversely correlated with that of p16 in NSCLC.The expression of p16 might be negatively regulated by pRb.
