摘要
目的观察优福宁、胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗耐多药结核病的近期效果。方法将62例耐多药结核病患者随机分为观察组(31例)和对照组(31例)。对照组采用抗结核治疗,观察组在此基础上加用胸腺肽α1 1.6mg,皮下注射,一周两次;优福宁每次4粒,每天3次。疗程6个月。结果观察组6个月痰菌阴转率(77.42%)、病灶吸收好转率(58.07%)均显著高于对照组(P均<0.05)。但安全性分析及不良反应发生率两组比较差异无显著性。结论优福宁、胸腺肽联合抗结核药治疗耐多药结核病效果满意。
ABSTRACT Objective To observe the effect of youfuning, thymosin and chemical dray on MDR -TB. Methods Divide 62 cases into two groups in a randomized way. 31 of them was observaiton group, the rest was control group, two teams have the same chemical cure. observation group add thymosin 1.6mg,ih, biw; youfuning 4capsule tid. theatment for 6 months. Results After 6 months, the rate of sputum bacteria negtive was 77. 42% ,focus shrinking was 58. 07 %. there is significant difference between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05 ）. but there is not significant difference between the two groups on security analysis and adverse rates reaction. Conclusion Significant results were achieved when choosing youfuning,Thymosin and chemical cure for treating MDR -TB.
